We know your pup can't wait to get their paws on their new treats! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount — check your cart for current promotions!

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues
