Refund Policy

At Chewi Dog, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received them

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@chewidog.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@chewidog.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact us at hello@chewidog.com.
